Small business websites · Austin and Cedar Park

A website for your small business, built right and owned by you.

I design and build websites for small businesses in Austin, Cedar Park, Leander, and Round Rock. The site says what you do, where you do it, and how to reach you, and it loads fast on a phone. I work remotely, by email and video call. One person does the whole job, the price is fixed before I start, and you own everything.

Who it's for

Small businesses that need customers to find them and get in touch: a shop, a clinic, a trade, a studio, a professional office. If people look you up on their phone before they call or email, this is for you.

If you're a remodeler or design-build firm, I have a package built just for that work. Remodeler websites

What a good small-business site does

  • Says what you do in the first line. No slogans to decode.
  • Shows where you work. Your town, the towns around it, and your hours, written the same way everywhere they appear.
  • Makes it easy to reach you. A short inquiry or quote form that asks the questions you'd ask anyway, or simply your email.
  • Loads fast on a phone. Most people decide in a few seconds whether to stay. This site shows its main content in about 1 second in Google's mobile speed test.
  • Is easy for Google to read. Clear page titles, a page for each service you actually offer, and the technical basics done properly.

What you get

  • A site designed around your business, not a template with your logo dropped in.
  • Copy written for you from a short interview, in plain words your customers use.
  • A page for each main service, and a page for each place you really serve.
  • A contact or quote form that sends to your email.
  • The basics that help Google find you.
  • Your domain, your code, and your accounts, in your name from day one.

Not included: photography, logo and branding, ads, ongoing search-engine work, blogging, and connecting to your contact software, beyond email. I'll tell you up front if your project needs any of those.

How a build goes

  1. Kickoff. A conversation about your business and a simple checklist of what I need from you.
  2. Homepage design for your approval.
  3. The full site on a private preview link for your review.
  4. Launch.

Each approval is in writing. An email that says "approved" is fine.

What it costs

One fixed price: $5,500 for up to 8 pages. $3,500 founding price for the first two clients.

Optional Care Plan at $175/mo keeps the site online, updated, and backed up, with small edits included.

Changes outside the written scope are $150/hr. I quote the work before I start, and you approve it first.

You own all of it

Your web address is registered in your name. The site's files live in an account you own, and it runs on a fast worldwide network in an account you own. I'm an invited member of each account. If you ever want to part ways, I remove myself and the site keeps running. Nothing has to be moved.

Concept build · fictional firm

Hollow Oak Design-Build. A complete site for a made-up Austin design-build firm, built so you can see exactly what you'd get. Its main photo appears in 1.7 seconds on a phone in Google's mobile speed test (middle of 3 runs, Sept 26, 2026).

Hollow Oak is fictional. Its phone number, address, license, and projects are placeholders.

Who builds it

I'm Brandon Delgado. I design and build every site myself. When you reach out, you get me, and when something needs fixing, I'm the one who fixes it. I take one build at a time, so yours gets my full attention. The work happens by email and video call.

Questions

I already have a site on Wix or Squarespace. Do I need a new one?

Not always. Email me the link and I'll tell you honestly whether a rebuild is worth it.

Can you promise I'll rank first on Google?

No, and nobody honestly can. What I can do is build the site so Google can read it easily and your customers can use it quickly.

Do you work outside Austin and Cedar Park?

Yes. The work happens by email and video call. Austin, Cedar Park, Leander, and Round Rock are where I'm starting. Cedar Park and Austin each have their own page.

Tell me about your business.

Email me a link to your current site, if you have one, and a sentence or two about what you do.
